About Me

Carsyn Bushue is a senior at Effingham High School. Carsyn has been a student council member for four years, a class officer, a member of National Honor Society, and a member of various clubs. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends; whether that includes bike rides, walks, fort building, or ice cream eating, Carsyn is never bored. From preschool until eighth grade, Carsyn attended Sacred Heart School, where she now works at their after school care program. Throughout the summer, she enjoyed working at Tropical Sno and the Effingham Park District Adventure Camp. Carsyn has found that she absolutely loves working with kids. Although she is not exactly sure what she plans to do with her life, she knows it will involve working with children. “Within the first week of CEO, I already knew I was going to love it. I love the different perspective you get to see from a CEO standpoint. I am so grateful for this experience and am looking forward to the rest of the year!”
