“What makes Culver’s, Culver’s?” This was the question Chris Debolt and his wife, Beth, asked themselves when deciding to bring the restaurant chain to Effingham. Mr. Debolt shared his experience of opening the 328th Culver’s restaurant in 2006; The franchise just opened store 1,000. He included details related to the interview process, training, building, and franchise requirements. The students enjoyed hearing about the innovation they’ve been able to bring to both Effingham and the franchise as a whole.
