While many CEO students were aware that The Equity operated a retail store in Effingham, they were taken back by the scale of the local co-op. In fact, The Equity ranks as the sixteenth largest agricultural retailer in the United States. The class had the privilege of hearing from the executive team, including Karen Whitt, Jamie Southard, and Tim Bence. They provided insights into the company's structure, chronicled its remarkable growth, and discussed the exciting opportunities they envision for the future.
